FRANO de Costa Rica, S.A. Consulting Group was founded in 1998 in San Jose, Costa Rica, and is the legal name for the corporation.
VERTEX: Our trade name and primary identification for our clients regarding program/project management and organizational development services.

VERTEX has aggressively extended its reach into international markets to provide the highest quality of service:

Jose Belfort, the founder, partnered with Gregory Brown an experienced and successful organizational management and development consultant to form Organizational Bridges LLC (California) in April of 2015, providing it’s holistic services throughout the USA and North America.
We are bilingual in Spanish.
OUR HISTORICAL BEGINNING
Company founder, José Belfort, believed that today’s successful non-profit organizations, government agencies, multinational corporations and small-medium businesses need access to comprehensive, innovative and dynamic solutions and expertise to meet the demanding and rapidly changing socio-economic, government, community, neighborhood and business challenges.
In 2011 Gregory Brown joined VERTEX as Organizational Development and Management Consultant, serving groups in Costa Rica and Central America.
